The American Dream

In America, over 25 million people struggle with English as a non-native language. Many need English skills to get a better job, support their children in school, understand their rights as immigrants, and secure U.S. citizenship. Sadly, learning English is financially out of reach for far too many.

A Year of School for Kinjal

Kinjal is a 15-year-old girl from India. Because her father makes less than $900 USD a year, he cannot afford to send Kinjal to a good school. This is why Kinjal was entered into the Fabindia School Scholarship program. Kinjal is a good student and a natural leader. She participates in several extra-curricular activities, and she loves to dance. Her favorite subject is mathematics. When she grows up, Kinjal would like to become a teacher and eventually run her own school.

You can help. 100 percent of your donation goes directly to Give2Asia as a grant to allow Kinjal to attend school.
